Our client is an international payment institution based in France, with 250 employees in 10 countries and an annual turnover of around 1.3 billion euros. The company has been serving international trade, mainly in the textile sector, for over 30 years and is part of the Webhelp group of companies.

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the Lisbon office to manage accounts receivable with command of the English language as soon as possible.

You will support a team and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Customer contact management
  • Update of documents
  • Control of existing data in the systems and guarantee of their agreement
  • Carry out the necessary steps to obtain the missing information / documents
  • Modify systems data according to new support documents
  • Perform statistics on your activity
  • Collaborate with the commercial, IT and compliance teams
  • Conducting payment reconciliations.


  • Minimum qualifications at Bachelor's level;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory);
  • Technical skills that give you credibility with the team and allow you to quickly become autonomous;
  • Computer knowledge from the perspective of the user;
  • Demanding and able to communicate internally with different interlocutors;
  • Good capacity for autonomy and initiative.
