Our client is a multinational company, market leader in distribution.

Main activities

Responsible for the management of the subsidiary, the Managing Director has the following main objectives:

  • The pursuit of the commercial dynamic of the activities in a profitable and sustainable approach.
  • Maintaining the operational and service quality of the operating tool.
  • Animation and development of teams.

More specifically, the missions of the Managing Director are as follows:

  • The development of turnover while maintaining the level of profitability, which requires mastery of the main functions of the company: operations, finance, sales, etc.
  • Animation and development of teams by maintaining good social relations with staff.
  • Coordination of the budget procedure, control and guarantee of monthly reporting and application of the management rules in force at the Group.
  • The representation of the company before the supervisory authorities and the shareholders of the company.
  • Legal monitoring and optimization of the company's tax policy.
  • Control of relations with third parties: auditors, administrations, consultants, banks, etc.


  • Higher education in management or economics;
  • Additional training in financial management;
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in similar functions, particularly in the field of mass distribution;
  • Knowledge of the Angolan market (preferred factor);
  • Mastery of promotional sales techniques;
  • Mastery of purchasing techniques;
  • Mastery of business development and market positioning;
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and French (added value);
  • Good knowledge of IT from the user's point of view (Office tools).
