Main activities

Responsible for the management of the subsidiary, the Managing Director has the following main objectives:

The pursuit of the commercial dynamic of the activities in a profitable and sustainable approach.
Maintaining the operational and service quality of the operating tool.
Animation and development of teams.

More specifically, the missions of the Managing Director are as follows:

The development of turnover while maintaining the level of profitability, which requires mastery of the main functions of the company: operations, finance, sales, etc.
Animation and development of teams by maintaining good social relations with staff.
Coordination of the budget procedure, control and guarantee of monthly reporting and application of the management rules in force at the Group.
The representation of the company before the supervisory authorities and the shareholders of the company.
Legal monitoring and optimization of the company's tax policy.
Control of relations with third parties: auditors, administrations, consultants, banks, etc.

Higher education in management or economics;
Additional training in financial management;
Minimum experience of 5 years in similar functions, particularly in the field of mass distribution;
Knowledge of the Angolan market (preferred factor);
Mastery of promotional sales techniques;
Mastery of purchasing techniques;
Mastery of business development and market positioning;
Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and French (added value);
Good knowledge of IT from the user's point of view (Office tools).
