Our client is an international payment institution based in France, with 250 employees in 10 countries and an annual turnover of around 1.3 billion euros. The company has been serving international trade, mainly in the textile sector, for over 30 years and is part of the Webhelp group of companies.

German-Speaking Account Manager, you will

    • Independently handle and upkeep the current accounts of debtors from German-speaking countries
    • Engage in correspondence with our global clients to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
    • Reach out to customers through phone or written communication to address uncertainties related to unpaid invoices and facilitate resolutions.
    • Record and document all discussions and agreements within the designated system to maintain a comprehensive and organized record.
    • Propose and negotiate payment terms and installment agreements tailored to the specific customer portfolio assigned to you.
    • Actively contribute your own insights, ideas, and experiences to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team and processes.

We’ll be a great match if you

  • Have a high level in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have a background in commercial education,
  • Have aptitude for working with numerical data.
  • Thriving in a small team setting, where independence is valued,
  • Demonstrate an affinity for effective communication through phone calls, showcasing persuasive abilities and the knack for succinctly conveying key points in conversations,
  • Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and achieving tangible results.
