Our client is a multinational company, with more than 70 years of experience and 11,000 car rental locations in 180 countries.

How will your day to day be?

You will help the customer to manage the rental contract, delivery and return of vehicles: Check in & Check out. For this, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Propose additional services and products that better meet your needs. (Additional driver, GPS, Insurance, baby seats, etc);
  • Carry out tasks related to the car rental process: managing complaints or cancellations;
  • Manage the station's fleet according to the number of existing reservations.

What do you need to succeed in your new role?

  • Passion for sales and customer service;
  • Fluent English to communicate with customers;
  • Knowledge of other languages will be valued;
  • Minimum qualifications at the 12th grade level;
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends;
  • Driving license (mandatory);
  • Experience in the Hotel sector, will be a plus.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours a week from Monday to Sunday. rotating shifts.
  • Part-time: 20 hours a week from Monday to Sunday. Rotating shifts.
